By accessing and using AudioLeafAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

AudioLeafAI provides AI-powered document-to-audio conversion services. We offer both one-time conversions and subscription-based unlimited access.

One-time conversions: $3.00 per document
Monthly subscription: $6.99 per month with unlimited conversions
All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right to convert uploaded documents
Not uploading copyrighted material without permission
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
Using the service in compliance with applicable laws

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for one-time conversions are available within 24 hours if the conversion fails due to technical issues on our end.

Limitation of Liability

AudioLeafAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
